Miss He is a partner practicing in the Shanghai Office.


Miss He joined JunHe in 2019. Before joining JunHe, she worked in the Shanghai representative office of an international law firm which is headquartered in UK. Miss He has been practicing for approximately 10 years.


Miss He is focused on and practices in mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds investments, foreign direct investment, general corporate, etc.


Miss He has extensive expertise in the areas of private equity investments, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate in different industries. Her services range from deal structure design, legal due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, negotiation, closing and up to post-closing matters. She also advises on corporate, regulatory affairs and compliance matters for numerous well-known Chinese and foreign companies. She has participated in projects involving a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to medical devices, TMT, industrial and manufacturing, automobiles, semiconductor, real estate and high-technologies.
