Professional Experience

Mr. Dong Zhe has practiced in competition law since joining JunHe’s Beijing office in 2015 and has assisted clients in various antitrust investigations including horizontal monopoly agreements, resale price maintenance and abuse of dominant market position. He has handled investigations in industries including semiconductors, automobiles, manufacturing, chemicals and electronic components. Mr. Dong provides antitrust compliance services to foreign-funded, state-owned and privately-owned enterprises, and has assisted clients in conducting internal antitrust compliance self-inspections, risk identification and antitrust compliance.


Mr. Dong has extensive experience in merger control filings. He has provided legal services to clients for mergers, acquisitions and the establishment of joint ventures in industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, aerospace, finance, and consumer goods. Mr. Dong also assists clients in multi-jurisdictional filing assessments.
