Mr. Yuhao Chang joined JunHe in 2016 and specializes in labor and employment law. He provides full-spectrum legal services involving labor and human resources such as recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, social security, employee exiting and the termination of employment relationships. Mr. Chang has expertise in collective bargaining, union-related matters and the employment of foreigners in China. He has experience in managing employee placement initiatives and workforce reductions, employee transfers, corporate relocations, and M&A transactions. Mr. Chang has also represented clients in labor disputes concerning corporate compliance, equity incentives, and executive-level disputes.
Mr. Chang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2013 with a major in Labor and Social Security. He earned a Bachelor of English from the same institution. In 2016, he graduated with a Juris Master from Fudan University Law School. During his master’s program, Mr. Chang underwent an exchange program at Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann Faculty of Law in Israel.
