Mr. Changsheng (Hopekings) Bi is a consultant in JunHe’s Patent team. Prior to joining JunHe, he worked for many years at two well-known domestic intellectual property agencies.
Mr. Bi’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent infringement and validity opinions, freedom-to-operate analyses, patentability analyses and patent due diligence review. His work involves technologies in the fields of mechanics and electronics.
Mr. Bi has expertise in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and responding to Office Actions. He has diverse experience in patent searches, infringement analysis and invalidation proceedings. Mr. Bi had ever successfully represented a well-known domestic internet company to maintain the validity of more than 10 invention patent rights, and had ever represented a well-known foreign compressor enterprise to have multiple design patents of its competitors be successfully announced as invalid in their entirety.
Mr. Bi graduated from Dalian University of Technology and obtained his Bachelor of Science in 2004, and obtained a postgraduate degree of economic law from Renmin University of China in 2008.
Mr. Bi is a registered patent attorney of China and is a patent civil and administrative litigation agent approved by the Supreme People's Court.
