Mr. Yinglei Yang's focuses on overseas initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate affairs. He has vast experience in Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPOs) and his clients include large Chinese enterprises and investment banks, covering industries such as new energy, big health, TMT, biotechnology, property management, manufacturing, real estate and education.

Mr. Yang has advised Chinese enterprises in their mergers and acquisitions, investments and private equity financing deals. Before joining JunHe, he worked in other leading international law firms.
