Mr. Tao LIN joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in M&As, PE/VC investments and foreign direct investments. 

He has assisted many multinational corporations and private equity funds with their operations and investments in China and has expertise in dealing with complicated transactions requiring solid legal skills, practical advice and prompt feedback.  

In addition to assisting clients in designing practicable transaction structures and moving transactions forward, Mr. Lin provides clients with valuable advice regarding  tax, anti-trust, anti-unfair competition and capital markets.  His practice covers a variety of sectors including the healthcare, pharmaceutical, TMT, energy, chemical and manufacturing industries. Mr. Lin has advised clients  including GE Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Danaher, Fresenius, Westlake Chemical, Riot Games, Goldman Sachs, Carlyle, FountainVest Partners and AZ-CICC Medical Fund.
