Ms. Shanshan Chen joined JunHe’s Shenzhen office in August 2015. Previously, she worked at another leading PRC law firm in Shenzhen.
Ms. Chen has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters including domestic A-share IPOs, reorganizations, public company takeovers, M&As and compliance of listed companies. She provides all-round legal services to various domestic and multinational enterprises and listed companies in fields such as ports, real estate, banks, medical and electronic products.
