Professional Experience

Mr. Xiaobin Fu joined JunHe in 2015. He specializes in dispute resolution, debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization and other legal affairs, and has extensive experience in economic areas such as real estate, industry and financial services.


Before joining JunHe, Mr. Fu worked at a Beijing court, where he tried over 2,000 cases, involving civil and commercial disputes in contracts, real rights, torts, marriage and family matters. He has also led the study and discussion of many difficult and complicated cases by the court.


Mr. Fu has profound theoretical knowledge and abundant practicable experience and has independently written several papers on applied jurisprudence and judicial case reviews, which have won high-level awards by the Supreme People’s Court, the National Judges College, the Beijing High People’s Court and other notable institutions. His papers have also been included in the works, case books and professional guidance journals compiled by the Supreme People’s Court and the Beijing High People’s Court.
