CHEN, Yanmei Partner

Professional Experience

Ms. Yanmei Chen joined JunHe in 2015. From 2004 t0 2015, she acted as the in-house legal counsel of a large state-owned Fortune Global 500 listed company.


Since joining JunHe, Ms. Chen has been involved in several large energy, infrastructure and M&A transactions. In 2018, she assisted CITIC Consortium in their investment in the New City PPP Project in Ziyang Region of Tianfu International Airport Economic Zone, which had a total investment of RMB 49.06 billion. From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Chen assisted Changsha Municipal Government in the Changsha Metro Line 6 Part B PPP Project, which had a total investment of RMB 38.84 billion. From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Chen assisted the Shenzhen Municipal Government in its extension project (Phase III) of the Shenzhen Metro Line 4’s O&M. From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Chen assisted Link Real Estate Investment Trust in dealing with the PRC law-related issues in the acquisition of the Central Walk shopping mall in Futian District, Shenzhen, which had a total investment of RMB 6.6 billion.


Since 2015, Ms. Chen has been involved in several infrastructure investments, including infrastructure concession, PPP and operation and maintenance, engineering, and new energy investments including wind power and photovoltaic power.
