Ms. Duo Li joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2013.
She has significant experience in foreign-related dispute resolution including corporate control, equity transfer, investment and financing, Ms. Li also has extensive experience in resolving and representing cases over large-sum debt collection, financial entrustment, securities misrepresentation, and various types of contracts.
Ms. Li is a long-term legal counsel for many multi-national companies in general legal matters regarding their operations in China. She has accumulated in-depth experience in legal risk prevention in investment and financing projects and corporate compliance issues.
