Mr. Xi (Edward) Guo joined JunHe in 2011 and currently practices in JunHe's Guangzhou office. Previously, he worked in the tax department at Deloitte, Grandall Law Firm, and from 2017 to 2019, Mr. Guo worked at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, a Canadian law firm. He specializes in providing legal services regarding domestic A-share IPOs, the M&A and restructuring of listed companies, and capital market regulation and compliance.

Mr. Guo focuses on capital market legal practice, particularly domestic A-share IPOs, listed company refinancing, and M&A. He has worked on projects in industries such as real estate, transportation, medicine, electronic products, online games, software development, food production, amusement and entertainment and securities.
