Ms. Xue joined JunHe in 2011. She has served as a key team member for several transactions of private companies, state-owned companies, private equity firms and multinational companies.

Ms. Xue’s practice focuses on public offerings, major asset reorganization and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets. She has expertise in the restructuring and capital market transactions. Ms. Xue also provides legal services for M&As and private equity financing transactions, particularly to do with deal structuring and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. She has experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors such as manufacturing, environmental protection, finance, TMT, healthcare, retail, energy and mining.
