In 1990, Mr. Lyu joined the newly established JunHe Law Firm. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and conducted a great deal of research, analysis, organization and demonstration work for China's accession to the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency and the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes Between States and Nationals of Other States. In June 1988, Mr. Lyu attended the opening of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) in Washington, D.C., USA. In addition, he participated in the negotiation of many World Bank loan projects in China, providing legal advice and written legal opinion for project loans.
Mr. Lyu has provided dozens of clients in China and abroad with legal services in respect to their syndicated loan business, foreign exchange financial business, project financing, negotiation and argumentation. He has provided services including the drafting and examination of legal documents, issuing legal opinions and conciliation, arbitration and litigation of economic disputes. Mr. Lyu has consistently won wide acclaim from his clients for his earnest and responsible attitude and efficient work style.
