Ms. Ye joined JunHe in 2012 and is based in Beijing office.
Ms. Ye has extensive experience in corporate disputes including equity transfer, gambling/repurchase disputes and corporate control. She also has experience in contract disputes, securities, financial investment disputes and other related fields, and has served as an agent in more than 1,000 civil compensation cases involving the providing of false statements in securities for listed companies. Ms. Ye is a long term legal counsel and provides legal services for large fund management groups and several listed companies. One of her cases, which involved a dispute over the determination of an arbitration agreement as invalid, was included in the 2017 Guiding Opinions on Foreign-related Commercial Maritime Trial (General No. 35) issued by the Supreme People's Court.
Ms. Ye has a professional background in administrative law and specialised in administrative penalty and administrative litigation in the field of market supervision. She also provided litigation and perennial legal services for many government departments. Ms. Ye has also represented administrative counterparties in administrative penalty hearings with the CSRC on many occasions, achieving positive results in settling and closing cases.
Ms. Ye graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in law and from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law in 2012.
Ms. Ye is qualified to practice law in China and is a member of the All-China Bar Association
