FENG, Ai Partner

Professional Experience

Mr. Ai Feng joined JunHe in 2019 and currently practices at the firm’s Hangzhou office. Prior to joining JunHe, he worked at King & Wood Mallesons for 15 years and was named a partner in 2010.


Mr. Feng has extensive experience in the area of securities, having provided legal services to numerous corporate entities in the areas of restructuring, domestic or offshore IPOs, material asset restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, and asset securitization. These projects have covered a wide range of industries including energy, finance, telecommunications, media, agriculture, retail, transport, real estate, steel, manufacturing, internet, medicine and education. 


Mr. Feng also specializes in the area of PE Funds and has handled the establishment and capital raising projects for several leading and innovative funds such as the Bohai industry investment fund, which was the first contractual PE fund in mainland China. He has also played a key role in the formation and acquisition of numerous securities investment fund management companies and their fund raising.


Mr. Feng provides comprehensive legal advice to many listed companies.

Education

Mr. Feng received his Bachelor of Laws and his Master of Laws at Nankai University.
