SHEN, Feng Partner

Professional Experience

Ms. Shen Feng began her law practice in 2007 and joined JunHe in October 2019. She currently works at JunHe’s Shenzhen office. Prior to joining JunHe, Shen Feng was a partner in Zhong Lun Law Firm.


Ms. Shen is experienced in handling enterprise bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation matters. Since 2008, she has represented clients in all types of bankruptcy administrator cases, including reorganizations of both mainland and Hong Kong listed companies, bankruptcy and liquidation of financial institutions, reorganizations of state-owned enterprises in lieu of liquidation, consolidation of affiliated enterprises in bankruptcy, compulsory liquidations of Sino-foreign equity joint ventures and conversions of enforcement proceedings into bankruptcy proceedings, and has been onsite lead advisor on several projects. She also served as legal counsel for creditors, debtors and investors in the reorganizations, liquidations and asset acquisitions of a number of companies. She has a solid theoretical basis and extensive experience in bankruptcy practice, including reorganization and liquidation, risk disposal for financial institutions, off-court debt restructuring and disposal of non-performing assets. 


In 2019, Shen Feng was listed in the list of individual administrators of the Guangdong Higher People's Court (Shenzhen).
