After graduation from college, Mr. Huang practiced with the Tianjin Maritime Law Office. During that time, he provided legal services in civil and maritime dispute resolution. After joining JunHe in 1993, Mr. Huang successfully represented many Chinese and foreign clients in arbitration and litigation matters involving Sino-foreign joint ventures, admiralty and maritime, tort, real estate, construction, telecommunications, manufacturing and other areas.

Mr. Huang also has experience in representing multinational companies in international investment, energy, bankruptcy and intellectual property matters.
