Mr. Zhao is a partner practicing in the Shanghai office of JunHe, and has more than 11 years of experience. Since joining JunHe in May 2008, he has represented many multinational companies in their direct investment and merger and acquisition projects across various industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, manufacturing, e-commerce, financial services, automotive, energy, chemicals, advertising, entertainment and media. Mr. Zhao has also provided legal advice to multiple Fortune 500 companies in their general corporate matters.

Since 2011, Mr. Zhao has provided compliance consulting services to several multinational corporations engaged in industries covering medical devices, pharmacy, food packaging, and dairy devices.
