Ms. Xu joined JunHe in 2002 and has been practicing in Beijing.  Prior to her joining JunHe, Ms. Xu worked at the headquarters of Toshiba China focusing on various legal matters relating to Toshiba Group’s investment projects in China and relevant dispute resolutions. 

Since her joining JunHe, Ms. Xu has provided legal services to many Chinese and foreign enterprises and has accumulated vast experience in the fields of foreign investment, M&A, reorganization, private equity investment, finance and debenture restructuring.  Her services cover such industries as automobiles, medical, iron and steel, funds, infrastructure and finance.
