Ms. Fu has been practicing law since 1997 and joined JunHe in 2011. Before joining JunHe, she was a partner of C & I Partners in Guangdong. Prior to joining C & I Partners in 1997, she acted as in-house legal counsel in an FIE and a high-tech private enterprises group.

Ms. Fu has long been practicing in labor and dispute resolution areas, corporate, compliance. With enriched experience in both contentious and non-contentious legal affairs, Ms. Fu is retained as outside legal counsel by numerous large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and private enterprises to provide legal support for their corporate, commercial, compliance and HR management affairs; her clients are in various industries such as food, energy, chemical, tobacco, pharmaceutical, banking, futures, and high-tech industries. In the course of litigation and arbitration proceedings, Ms. Fu is conversant with assisting clients in developing strategy and guiding them in collecting evidence. With a meticulous spirit for professional services, she endeavors to protect the legitimate rights and interests of clients in court trials. Ms. Fu has handled and is handling various labor & employment cases for clients, which include: representing clients in labor & employment related arbitration and litigation cases; assisting clients to review and revise labor contract, staff handbook and other employment documents; advising clients in daily HR management issues, mass-layoffs, staff placement, and collective actions of employees; etc..
