Mr. Guangming Ji joined JunHe in July 2005 and is now a partner based in our Shanghai office.
Since joining JunHe, Mr. Ji has advised many large state-owned enterprises, privately-owned listed companies, large Japanese general trading companies and well-known manufacturing companies as PRC counsel. He has worked on many M&A and FDI projects, litigation and arbitration cases as well as general corporate matters covering industries such as real estate, industrial logistics, new energy, machinery manufacturing, semiconductors, food processing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and financial leasing. Mr. Ji has provided high-quality legal services for many unique cases in recent years such as the establishment of the first foreign-controlled securities company based in Beijing, the first vertical monopoly litigation in China and the acquisition of a listed Japanese company by a private PRC company.
Mr. Ji specializes in M&A and investments, dispute resolution and anti-monopoly cases.
