Ms. Shen Jiang’s practice mainly focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and IPOs, private placements and other capital market matters. She also has experience in foreign investment projects, cross-border investments and general corporate matters.
Ms. Shen has worked in the professional field since 1997 and before joining JunHe she worked as a professional auditing accountant for Arthur Andersen for two years. She is familiar with performing public listing audits, financial analysis and various other financial works.
Ms. Shen has actively participated in and/or led many mergers & acquisitions and restructuring projects. These have involved various sized enterprises engaged in fields such as commerce, manufacturing, express delivery and logistics, high-technology, education and agriculture, both onshore and offshore, for the purpose of strategic investment or for public listing purposes in different locations. Such projects include, but are not limited to, the restructuring of the Harbin Pharmaceutical Group as a large-size state-owned enterprise holding a public listed company and the restructuring and public listing of Belle. Other projects Ms.Shen has been involved with include the investment by strategic investors in the Bank of China, the private placement and financing of SF express, the private placement and financing of Didi Car Calling Service and the acquisition and restructuring of a domestic private educational entity for the purpose of an offshore public listing. Her clients have varied from reputable funds and investment banks to multinational enterprises, State-owned enterprises and domestic private companies, such as Sequoia, CITIC capital, Warburg Pincus and CDH.
