Mr. Zhou worked for more than ten years at the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka, at various Japanese law firms and in the legal departments of several major Japanese companies.
Mr. Zhou joined JunHe in 2000 and mainly practices in investment, financing, M&A, antitrust, international trade, dissolution and liquidation of joint venture, and other legal services. He has provided legal services to many foreign companies for dozens of projects, where foreign companies invested in China to establish wholly foreign owned enterprises, equity joint ventures and cooperative joint ventures. He also has provided legal services related to technical transfers, project financing, equipment leasing, normal trade, litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy.
In 2013, a survey by Asian Legal Business China named him one of the year’s top 20 ‘client choices’.
Mr. Zhou entered Beijing University Law School in 1980 and thereafter was recommended by the National Education Commission to study at Osaka University in Japan.
Mr. Zhou became a Member of the All-China Bar Association in 1994.
Chinese and Japanese
