JunHe’s Seattle Office Welcomes NAPABA Attendees with A Special Reception

Seattle, WA – On Nov. 7th, 2024, JunHe’s Seattle office co-hosted a special reception to welcome Chinese American lawyers attending the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Annual Convention, held in Seattle, Washington this year. The reception was organized by Seattle Chinese American lawyers to welcome their out-of-state counterparts and foster community, collaboration, and connection among Chinese American legal professionals in the U.S.

Adam Li, head of JunHe’s Seattle office, co-hosted the reception with the Seattle office of DLA Piper (US), Law Offices of Xiaomin Hu, and Shanze Partners PLLC.  Mr. LI, Qi (Adam) has extensive experience advising clients on investments in the United States and has been instrumental in assisting businesses with cross-border transactions.  As an active member of several legal communities, including the Chinese American Lawyers Forum (CALF), the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW), the Seattle Chinese Bar Association (SCBA), and Chinese American Lawyers Of the Bay Area (CALOBA), Mr. Li is a prominent advocate for cross-cultural engagement in the legal profession.

Since its opening in 2024, JunHe Seattle has been active in advising clients on M&A and finance transactions, commercial agreements and providing expert opinions for its clients.  JunHe has also been very active in supporting the Asian American legal community and promoting cross-border legal collaboration.  We are excited to connect with NAPABA members and other legal professionals through this unique opportunity.
