JunHe sincerely welcomes new partner Mr. Jin Liu to our Shenzhen office. Mr. Liu advises clients on matters involving banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.Currently, he is going through relevant formalities before joining JunHe.
Mr. Liu received his Master of Laws from the University of Durham, UK and his Bachelor of Laws from the East China University of Political Science and Law. He handles a broad range of banking and finance matters, including bilateral and syndication loans, trade finance, project finance, debt restructuring, setting up financial institutions, compliance, financial leasing, and trust and assets management. Mr. Liu provides comprehensive advice for a wide variety of clients with respect to domestic and overseas M&As, asset acquisition, fund investments, asset restructuring of listed companies, public-private partnerships and other complex transactions.
In 2019, Mr. Liu was named a “Recommended Lawyer” in the banking and finance area by Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.
Located in one of the four core cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, JunHe’s Shenzhen office has achieved rapid development, benefiting from the economic development of the leading international bay area and world-class urban agglomeration. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s main board officially merged with the SME board on April 6, 2021. This merger deepened the reform of the capital market and will bring opportunities for boosting the vitality of the overall market and economic development in Shenzhen.
