On May 12, 2026 — Dake Biosciences (Dake), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing molecular glue degrader drugs, announced that it had signed an agreement with Merck Research Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. (Merck) to advance the clinical co-development of anti-tumor drugs.
