On October 28, 2025, Shanghai Cambridge Industries Group (CIG, stock code: 06166.HK) was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. CIG issued 67,010,500 H shares (excluding the over-allotment portion), raising a total of approximately HKD 4.6 billion.
Founded in 2006, CIG is an international enterprise serving the global ICT industry. It is a high-tech enterprise with outstanding R&D, large-scale production capabilities, and a strong brand image and provides various cooperation models for the global ICT industry. According to Frost & Sullivan, CIG is one of the few global companies offering efficient real-time connectivity solutions in optical communication, broadband, and wireless technologies. As of the end of 2024, CIG ranked fifth in the global Optical and Wireless Connectivity Devices (OWCD) industry in terms of sales revenue.
Since 2024, JunHe has served as the Chinese legal counsel to the joint sponsors and underwriters and assisted in conducting comprehensive and in-depth Chinese legal due diligence. JunHe's team reviewed and amended the prospectus and the other application and issuance documents and cooperated with the various intermediaries to draft and prepare the full set of legal documents for the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) overseas listing filing. They assisted all parties in responding to feedback on the Chinese domestic legal issues raised by the CSRC, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and facilitated communication and interviews with the regulatory agencies. JunHe ultimately helped the issuer successfully complete the CSRC filing procedures and obtain approval and consent from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing application, providing comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient legal services for this project.
