On August 29, 2025, JunHe assisted Henan Railway Construction Investment Group in successfully passing a compliance management system certification audit by an authoritative third-party organization. The company obtained dual certification for the international and domestic standards of ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 compliance management system.
Originally named Henan Railway Investment Co., Ltd., Henan Railway Construction & Investment Group was established on October 23, 2021. This followed approval from the Henan Provincial Committee and Government, and it is a key state-owned enterprise directly administered by Henan Province. The company has registered capital of 60 billion yuan, over 1,000 employees and owns various subsidiaries, including Henan High-Speed Railway, Henan Railway Investment Integrated Development and Henan Railway Investment Logistics. The company has a 'Two Core Businesses plus One Cultivating Business' development pattern and focuses on railways and related industry investment and operation. It has comprehensive land and real estate development as its main business, and railway-related logistics trade as a cultivation business. Henan Railway Construction & Investment Group has invested in and built 25 railway projects, including Zhengzhou-Xuzhou and Zhengzhou-Wanzhou, with a total construction mileage of over 4,000 kilometers and total investments of over RMB 460 billion. The company has promoted Henan Province's 'mi-shaped' high-speed rail network to be the first in the country, successfully entering the era of "high-speed rail access to every city".
JunHe served as the compliance advisory counsel for Henan Railway Investment Group in this project, assisting the company to establish a compliance management system that meets the ISO 37301/GB/T 35770-2022 standards. JunHe provided compliance guidance, internal audits and management reviews as well as assisting in certification areas like corporate governance, contract management, state-owned asset management, investment and financing, production safety, environmental protection and labor employment. We successfully assisted the company to obtain the ISO 37301/GB/T 35770-2022 compliance management system certification certificate. The successful completion of the standardization work is of great significance for the company's future development.
