Recently, JunHe acted as the international legal counsel and listing agent to Hebei Shunde Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Shunde Group") in its first overseas USD bond issuance with a total amount of USD 50 million for a term of three years at a rate of 5.0%. The bonds were listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore ("SGX").
Shunde Group is entrusted by the People's Government of Xingtai to engage in land consolidation and development, urban infrastructure construction, the operation and management of state-owned assets and the construction of indemnificatory housing. Shunde Group holds a regional monopoly position in such public service industries as urban infrastructure construction, water affairs, public transport and heat supply.
JunHe acted as the international legal counsel to the issuer and provided a full range of legal services with respect to the bonds' offering structure, offering circulars, transaction documents and other related matters. Additionally, as the listing agent of the issuer, JunHe fully communicated with the SGX on behalf of the issuer in relation to the listing arrangements and cooperated with the issuer to successfully complete the listing of the bonds.
