JunHe Assists Sinolong New Materials in its Public Issuance of Convertible Corporate Bonds

Sinolong New Materials is an innovation-driven enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and sale of functional film materials. Its products include functional BOPA film, biodegradable BOPLA film, BOPP new-energy film and high-performance polyamide 6 (PA6). These products are widely used in new-energy battery packaging materials and cells, electronic components, food and beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other sectors, with a particular emphasis on the new-energy and consumer markets. The project to be funded by this issuance is located in Indonesia and focuses on building industrial production capacity for high-performance film materials. It aims to support the Belt and Road Initiative, further expand the company’s overseas market presence, and strengthen its global supply chain responsiveness and international competitiveness.
