In 1977, Mr. Huang graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor of Laws. He studied abroad at the University of Manchester and obtained a Master of Laws in International Business Law in 2001. In 2015, Mr. Huang obtained a Doctorate in International Law (International Commercial Dispute Resolution) at the East China University of Political Science and Law. With more than 22 years of legal practice, Mr. Huang is experienced in the areas of litigation and arbitration, particularly involving disputes in the cultural and media areas. He is experienced in commercial disputes involving foreign elements as well as disputes over company shares and equity interests. Mr. Huang has represented clients in many well-known and significant litigation cases covering areas such as foreign investment, intellectual property, unfair competition, company shares and equity interests, real estate and construction.
