The compensation packages provided to our associates and paralegals are competitive and are not linked to revenues generated. When considering promotions, we have adopted merit based assessment policies for our associates and paralegals.
Unlike the practice in most Chinese firms, associates and paralegals at JunHe are not assigned to work with particular partners. Instead, each of them will join a practice group and participate in various projects and matters led by the partners in the practice group. As a result, associates and paralegals have the opportunity to participate in different assignments in a focused practice area, and be mentored by different partners, counsels and senior associates.
