Ms. Ge has extensive experience in representing foreign and domestic companies in mergers and acquisitions (including inbound and outbound investments), energy and power (including gas, wind, solar, hydro-power, nuclear, biomass and CHP projects), infrastructure projects (including heating, water supply and sewage treatment projects), regulatory matters (approvals and permits, bidding processes for construction projects, EHS, anti-trust and national security review), and corporate matters (including company establishment, liquidation, termination and restructure).
Prior to joining JunHe in May 2008, Ms. Ge worked at Dentons Law Offices, LLP and JunZeJun Law Offices as an associate practiced in the mineral, energy and trust industry areas.
At JunHe, Ms. Ge has represented many multi-nationals and Chinese state-owned enterprises as well as Chinese private companies in M&A transactions, and finance and commercial deals relating to the areas of infrastructure and energy.
She has participated in the following projects recently: natural gas/coalbed methane projects, renewable energy projects, CHP projects, nuclear projects, chemical plant projects, sewage treatment projects and heating projects. Her work in these projects included conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents and participating in negotiations.
