Mr. Hu is a partner at JunHe and currently practices at our Shanghai office.
He is a seasoned litigator with around ten years of experience and is a recognized expert on PRC-related dispute resolution in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Hu has a deep understanding of complex PRC disputes and handles PRC court litigation for both domestic and international clients. He has extensive experience in handling arbitration cases for international and domestic clients before CIETAC, SHAC and other domestic and international arbitration institutions.
Mr. Hu has authored and co-authored many books, including Studies on Various Complicated Issues Regarding PRC Company Law, The Reform and Improvement of Summary Procedures Regarding PRC Civil Procedure, The WTO and the Reform of the PRC Legal System, Studies on the Improvement of Retrial Procedures in Regard to the PRC’s Civil Procedures, and Some Aspects Regarding Foreign Economic Laws of the PRC, as well as numerous essays related to litigation practice.
