JunHe Assisted UMU with Its Series B and Series B + Financing

UMU, a leading SaaS platform in the Learning-Tech field, has recently completed its Series B+ financing led by Hillhouse Capital. Prior to this, UMU just announced that it had closed a 100 million Yuan Series B financing led by Gaocheng Capital. JunHe, as the financing and permanent legal counsel, represents UMU in its Series B and Series B+ financing.
